SOFTWARE MODULES
OB REPORT MODULE
Enables digital capture of report including narrative. A printout or digital verifiable copy of the abstract can be sent to the person who made the report or other authorized persons/agencies.
ARREST
Capturing the arrest process including complete prisoner biometrics, cell admission and prisoner property.
EVIDENCE MODULE
Record management of evidence, capturing details such as description, serial number and photographs. Exhibits can be linked to an OB report and arrest.
TRAFFIC MODULE
Real time capture of traffic offences, enabling input of vehicle details, capture of scene photographs, sketches and witness statements. Also allows on-spot capture and payment of traffic fines.
MINOR OFFENCE MODULE
Enables the prosecution of misdemeanors, incorporating charge sheets, witness statements, evidence and payments of bonds.
STAFF MODULE
Manages staff with four main sub modules, Personal details, Duty assignments, Incidents management, and Leave Management.
